"My Personal Tutor" is the name given to Individual Tutoring done by Grade A. It is ideal for clients who are more comfortable working in the comfort of their own homes and desire individual attention. With this programme, both client and Tutor collaborate to create a plan designed to suit Client's needs. This service is available to students from Primary to Adult learners.


At Grade A, we offer a  5-point approach to private tutoring

1. Consultation

2. Assessment 

3. Selection of a tutor

4. Immediate feedback

5. Regular feedback throughout the course

1. The Consultation 
this is a meeting with the client, a Client Manager and the Client's parents (if the client is a minor) to discuss goals, expectations and schedule.

2. Assessment
 this is a test conducted by a tutor to get a sense of exacly what the student' strengths and weaknesses are
 The Assessment helps parents set realistic goals for the tuition, and passes a thorough report to the tutor detailing areas that need the most work.


3. Selection of a tutor
We choose an appropriate tutor, with the experience and skills to complete the particular mission.

4.Immediate feedback
We make contact with the parent (and/or student and tutor) after the first lesson to discuss the reactions of both, and to see whether the stated mission is realistic or needs adjusting.

5.Regular feedback
 throughout the course each tutor is required to submit a monthly report detailing the work done in the month; the successes and areas to work on; and the work for the coming month.
